The Music Tree School
Our Services
The Music Tree School offers a comprehensive set of services designed to support music learners from their first steps through advanced collegiate preparation. Located at 3046 Stony Point Road in Richmond, VA, our programs span private lessons, group classes, rental instruments, instrument sales, performance opportunities, and community events. Since 2014, we’ve focused on high-quality instruction supported by our partnerships with Yamaha and Alvarez to ensure students have access to the best instruments and educational resources.
Core Services We Provide
Founded in 2014 by local music educators and community advocates, The Music Tree School started with a handful of students and a simple studio. Our consistent commitment to quality instruction and community outreach led to steady growth. We expanded our faculty, added group programming, established instrument partnerships with Yamaha and Alvarez, and introduced a rental program to lower the barrier to access. Years later, we remain dedicated to personalized instruction, thoughtfully curated curricula, and a welcoming environment that encourages musical exploration.
