Ethan has been a passionate and dedicated drummer and guitarist since elementary school. Growing up in Richmond, Virginia, he studied both drums and guitar at school and in private lessons, and earned a teaching degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

Ethan’s unique teaching approach nurtures creative individuality and students' interest while also incorporating traditional musical theory practices.

In his free time, Ethan enjoys writing and performing original music, touring the country in his numerous bands, and making nature-centric, musical-performance videos for his social media accounts.
